The hotel has been recently renovated, which is a definite plus in terms of design and comfort. the staff members are incredibly helpful and warm. the location is excellent for those who wish to visit the Holy Trinity Cathedral as it is not far away and the view of the mountains and the surrounding area are beautiful. the rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. the bathroom was clean and well-designed, making for a pleasant stay.
As with any new hotel there are some teething issues, but the staff is working hard to rectify them, so there's nothing genuinely negative to report.

Renovated hotel with spacious rooms and excellent mountain views. Accessible terrace on the second floor. Location is a peaceful reprieve from the city and is still in close proximity to a famous cathedral.
Being a new place, there were some minor issues, but staff immediately addressed them.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The hotel staff was exceptionally helpful and the hotel facilities were excellent. The location was perfect and easily accessible. Our room had a wonderful view of the city and it was clean and well-designed. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. our stay was pleasant and enjoyable.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

the location was peaceful, not too far from a famous cathedral, and had breathtaking views of the nearby mountains. My room was spacious, neatly furnished, and had a stunning view of the city's skyline. the washroom was well-designed and immaculately clean. the common area terrace on the second floor was a nice place to relax and enjoy the scenery.
The hotel, though new, needed some minor improvements.
